Annual Auction: We need YOU!


Our Annual Auction is April 21st!! The PTA’s Annual Auction is our biggest fundraiser of the year. We have an amazing and dedicated group of parents who are making this event happen, and they need help. We cannot expect the PTA to fund what we do if we don’t come together as a community and make the auction a success. Our annual auction traditionally raises upwards of Forty Thousand Dollars, $40,000.00. This money is what keeps our kids safe as they cross the street in the morning and at recess, helps purchase the curriculum teachers need, allows us to celebrate our teachers and staff with appreciation events, provides scholarships so ALL students can participate in IslandWood, pays for Discover Dance, allows us to fund events like Dia De Los Muertos, Heritage Night and The LGBTQ Ice Cream Social, allows us to give scholarships so ALL students can go on field trips and enjoy after school programming, and much more. There are many ways you can get involved:

*Volunteer to work the auction, helping with set-up or clean-up.
*Volunteer your expertise in LAN networks to set-up the computers day-of. Or if your uncle or your niece are experts here, please ask them to help! Family members can be a part of Graham Hill, too!!
*Invite members of the community to buy a table at the auction. Our Family, Friends and Neighbors are stakeholders in the success of Graham Hill, and more often that not they want to help.
*Start talking to your fellow parents and guardians about the auction, make people aware it is happening and get them engaged.
